DineEasy takes a flat 2.5% of the order subtotal on every online transaction. This fee is automatically deducted by Stripe when the payment is processed. You receive the rest directly in your Stripe account.
Yes. Stripe charges its own processing fee (typically 2.9% + 30¢ per card transaction in Europe) on top of DineEasy's 2.5% commission. These fees go directly to Stripe. DineEasy has no control over them.
Funds settle directly to your connected Stripe account on a rolling schedule, typically within about a week of each order. DineEasy never holds your money. Stripe handles the payout schedule.
DineEasy refunds its 2.5% commission proportionally on every refund. However, Stripe does not reimburse its processing fees on refunded transactions. That's Stripe's policy, not ours.
