DineEasy started with a simple observation: most digital menu systems don't work well in multilingual countries. We set out to fix that from Switzerland, where four languages meet in one small country.
Our story
We're a small team based in Rotkreuz, Switzerland. We built DineEasy because we saw restaurant owners struggling with paper menus in multiple languages, manual order-taking, and payment systems that held their money for days.
We believe a restaurant's digital presence should be as straightforward as printing a menu. Sign up, type your dishes, and you're live in four languages with online ordering and direct payments.

Simplicity over features
We'd rather do five things well than fifty things badly. Every feature ships when it's ready, not when the roadmap says so.
Your money, your account
Diners pay you directly via Stripe. We never hold your funds. Your restaurant name appears on the bank statement, not ours.
Privacy by default
Hosted in the EU. Compliant with Swiss data protection law (revFADP) and GDPR. No tracking of your diners beyond what's needed to serve their order.
Multilingual is the default
Not a paid add-on, not a plugin. Every menu is auto-translated into German, French, Italian, and English from day one.
